Firm History

Continuing a successful career as Senior Corporate Counsel for several successful businesses in the healthcare and IT industries, I established my firm, Judith Armstrong LLC in 2009.   I saw the need for small to mid-sized businesses to access experienced, flexible and cost-effective, legal advice to in-house counsel and their business stakeholders. My primary focus is commercial contract review, negotiation, and general corporate matters. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University and a J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.
